Erry and Steph are a married coaching couple and certified personal trainers with nutrition certifications, years of paid mentorship, and deep PMOS specific education. Not weekend certificate coaches. Coaches who've spent years studying and coaching real women with PMOS.
Our why
My mum had PCOS.
Back then, that was the only name for it.
Today it is called PMOS.
Same condition. A fairer name.
She spent six years trying to have a baby.
Years of her body not playing along.
Loss after loss.
And no one ever helped her manage it.
In the end, she had me and my two siblings.
But her PMOS was never dealt with.
For her, it never stopped there.
It became type 2 diabetes.
Then high blood pressure.
By the time I was ten, my mum had a stroke.
I watched her lose her hearing.
I watched her become a shadow of the woman she was.
I watched my whole family change.
That is why I walked away from my business degree.
That is why I left my masters.
My heart was never in spreadsheets.
It is in this.
So that no woman is left to face PMOS on her own.
So that no family has to live what mine did.
